Rello. HopSing got tip for you. If you going to buy parts on line at EBay, use Paypal.  HopSing just got power supply for old HP desktop and it no workie.  Seller sent second one and it no workie either.  HopSing had to take one out of working computer to fix problem.  Had to file claim with Paypal to get refund.  HOPSING NO UNDERSTAND: Obuma budget.  He say he make budget cuts but raise in 15 areas.  He want more of illegal immigrant money.  Now government run GM and Germany run NYSE.  How much commission is Obuma making selling off country?
