We reserve the right at any time to confirm, deny or limit quantities on any item or items on our site for any reason without prior notice to you.  We may require additional information from you prior to accepting any order.

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal, Visa or MasterCard only.  All credit card transactions are processed through a secure server.  All shipments are to verified PayPal or credit card address only.

SHIPPING

Any items purchased from us will be shipped either FedEx or UPS ground insured signature required.  Faster shipping methods can be arranged for an additional fee.  On purchases, we usually ship within 2 business days of verified payment.  All purchase deliveries are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft and damage.  We do not ship to any other address other than the verified PayPal address or credit card address.
Any serviced items will be return shipped to you using your own box and including CUSTOMER PROVIDED ship to label.
WARRANTY INFORMATION

Any manufacturer refurbished or closeout unit has A MANUFACTURER WARRANTY.  Any manufacturer NEW unit has A MANUFACTURER WARRANTY.   If you experience any hardware warranty you should contact the manufacturer unless you purchase a product that specifies a Second Source Warranty. Manufacturers are responsible for their own warranty issues.  You must deal directly with the manufacturer.  All manufacturers give you some way to either make recovery DVDs or restore your operating system using an F11 recovery partition.  You should always attempt to restore your unit operating system back to original factory default prior to calling the hardware manufacturer for warranty assistance.

RETURNS

Secondsourcecomputers.com offers a 30 day return policy from INVOICE ORDER DATE. Merchandise returned for refund within the return period is subject to a 15% restocking fee.  All customer shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  All returns must obtain a prior RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization) from Secondsourcecomputers.com.  Any returned item without a confirmed RMA# on the outside of the box will NOT BE ACCEPTED and returned to you and no credit issued.  RMA numbers are valid for 15 days once issued (emailed to you).  Returns must be 100% complete, in original factory condition, with all original boxes and packaging, materials, contain all manuals inserts, warranty cards, software, cables, and accessories.  In addition the unit must not have been registered.  Additional charges will apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition.

Before requesting an RMA, make sure that you have read and understood with our return policy. By ordering from this site, you agree to listed return policy on this site. To obtain an RMA number, login to your account and select the item to return.  Select the “REQUEST A RETURN” option. Your request will be reviewed and if your item is with the return period, an RMA number will be emailed to you within 3 business days.


RETURN SHIPPING

When shipping your package, it is highly recommended that you INSURE THE PACKAGE you are returning.  In the event your package is lost or damaged, secondsourcecomputers.com will not assume any responsibility.  We suggest you use a traceable carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.  RMA number MUST APPEAR ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX.WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A RETURN ON ANY PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the original credit card used for the purchase.  You may instead opt for full purchase credit on replacement product.  Purchase credit must be used within 90 days.  After 90 days from issuance, purchase credit expires.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If your merchandise appears to have arrived malfunctioning or appears to be defective, contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty service.  In many instances, manufacturer representatives can diagnose and resolve product concerns over the phone.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

If you see damage to a package on delivery, NOTE THE DAMAGE WITH THE CARRIER OR REFUSE THE PRODUCT. If you accept the product, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to contact the shipping company to place a claim.  If OUR REPLACEMENT UNIT ARRIVES DAMAGED, call us or email us within 2 days of delivery.  After 2 days we cannot accept responsibility for any damage claim.  AFTER TWO DAYS IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE SHIPPING CARRIER.

REFUSED MERCHANDISE

Any replacement merchandise ordered from us AND REFUSED ON DELIVERY and the box is not damaged is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  

CANCELLED ORDERS

Canceled orders will be refunded in full PRIOR TO SHIPPING. Once the item is shipped, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.  Any product with a Second Source Computers direct warranty will be supported by us.  Contact us for assistance.
