Sleeping Tech – When to re-install Windows

QUESTION: My computer started acting up and a virus scan found over 100 viruses on the computer. I removed them but my computer still isn’t working right.  Should I re-install my Windows?  Is there a number of viruses found that I should just re-install Windows no matter what?

ANSWER: zzzZZ (You could have over 100 viruses, but if they are the same virus it may not be a big deal.  Usually if I find over 50 viruses and they are different, I would recommend a re-installation of Windows.)
