Bob’s Special Tip – Why Won’t Word open a DOCX file?

Me and the guys have a tip for you.  The Word in Office 2007 abandoned the .DOC format.  If you are trying to open a document done in 2007 and you are running an older version (2003) it won’t open without a download update from Microsoft.  I DON’T UNDERSTAND: Why did the NCAA add more teams to their basketball tournament?  Isn’t 64 enough?
