TECH TIP: WINDOWS RANDOM LOCKUP FIX

If you have Windows 7 and experience random lockups download HOTFIX from Microsoft.  They have both 32bit (x86) and 64 bit (x64) versions.  To get it, you have to request it from Microsoft and they will download to your email address.  Why that way?  Who knows?  ASLEEP AT THE SWITCH: DELDOT.  Get this.  Deldot, DE is paying developers $2,000,000 to developers NOT to build on their land because the land MAY be needed in 15 to 20 years for a bypass.  Guess who foots the bill?  You and me.
