COMPUTERS AND COMMENTARY: Anyone use those newer all-in-one units with the touch screen?  They are neat!  COMMENTARY:  Well isn’t it fitting that on the 4th of July weekend holiday all the tolls got raised on the bridges.  PA actually had it’s first budget ontime in 9 years.  I guess ex-Governor Ed Rendell had scheduling conflicts with his Comcast show and getting a budget done on time.  Our Federal Government is going to shut down and Obama is out collecting money for a 2nd run.  Who in their right mind would vote for that guy?
