Me got tip 4 U.  Internet Explorer 9 will have “tracking protection”.  a new mechanism that will block specified third-party sites from tracking users.  IE 9 will let you turn on this feature and choose from a list of sites to block.  Cool.  HOPSING NO GET:  Why Japan get such bad luck?  Why it not be Libia?  Nah…they have more oil.  Even higher powers don’t mess with oil countries.
