Bob’s Special Tip – Obopay

Me and the guys have a tip for you.  There’s a new bill pay service called Obopay.  You don’t need to setup and fund an account before making a payment to you.  You can also receive payments for free, right into your own bank account.  I DON’T UNDERSTAND: Do politicians get paid when they run away and leave a state in order to avoid a tough vote?  That’s a great job!  I would like one but I’m probably overqualified.
