Modman Avoid this website & DelDot strikes again

Since it’s December, I’m wearing my Santa Garb.  COMPUTER TIP:   There is a new virus going around that says that your data is encripted and unless you pay $100 your data will be destroyed.  Stay away from this website – safe-data.ru it will state that your hard drives are encrypted and unless you spend $100 USD, you will lose your data. It also states that any attempts at tampering may cause loss of data.I strongly suggest that no  ne manually visit the safe-data.ru site as it is run by malware distributors and cannot be trusted to exploit visitors in some manner.  COMMENTARY: Idon’t know if the Delaware Department of Transportation is corrupt, simply very stupid or both.  This week’s DELDOT episodes: 1. They were caught paying developers in Sussex County money NOT TO BUILD on their property.  They’ll apparently dole out the equivalent of #2,000,000. 2. A project they were supposed to do in late spring at Marsh & Silverside Roads in North Wilmington was started over a month ago and now they plan to tie up traffic during the Christmas season during the day because they now say it is too cold to lay asphalt at night.  ARE YOU KIDDING ME?  My poodle knows you don’t lay asphalt in December.  DELDOT – no clue and no accountability.  My friend Serge explained it to me.  When a government wants to become a dictatorship, they call it socialism. First they make land deals with developers and other people in “the club”. They then work systematically to drive small businesses to close, so they either have to collect unemployment or go work for the government. Country takeover without firing one shot.  It’s really a slick plan.  I’m headed to the unemployment office to start collecting my “entitlements”.
