Bob’s Special Tip – Understand Warranty Coverage

Me and the guys have a tip for you.  Understand who is responsible for your warranty coverage.  If a company denies you the service you believe you’re entitled to, don’t give up.  You may have to talk to a number of people before finding one that will help you, but keep trying.  If you’re buying from an on-line retailer, make sure to understand if the warranty is through the manufacturer or the seller.   ISN’T THIS RETARDED: Only in Delaware : If you’re a gambler with a problem you can call in and get some help on your problem no matter where you live.  The number is 888-850-8888.   Apparently the organization that runs it can’t even track their expenses accurately and get this: the head of the organization hired her husband as the treasurer and he is a convicted embezzeler.
