Bob’s Special Tip – Wireless Problem Tips

Me and the guys have tips for you if you are having wireless problems.  FIRST: turn off the computer and restart. SECOND: Try to connect directly from the high speed modem to your ethernet connection using a cable. If you cannot connect wirelessly and hard wired, your problem is probably a virus or spyware. THIRD: If you can connect hard wired, but not wirelessly, run a REPAIR (Right click on the wireless icon on the bottom right of the taskbar, then left click on REPAIR.  FOURTH: Turn off the power to your modem and restart it. FIFTH: Take your notebook to a local wireless hotspot and try to get on there.
