Sleeping Tech – DVD stuck in drive – try this

QUESTION:  I have a DVD in my DVD drive and the drive door won’t open.  Is there any easy way to get my DVD out?

 ANSWER:  There should be a small hold on the bottom right of the DVD drive.  Straighten a paper clip and push it into the hole until you feel resistance.  Keep pushing until the drive door opens.   As we continue our series of other sleeping employees:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DXV9SnXXPbE
