Modman – Where’s the 9 Billion?

I see where somehow the defense department managed to lose 9 BILLION (not million) dollars.  Can someone even begin to explain how the BLEEP that can happen and also why it isn’t front page news?  9 million dollars buys a lot of $100,000 toilets for our military.  Someone told me that Halliburton sold our military boys a couple thousand XT computer systems at $10,000 apiece.  But even that doesn’t put a dent into 9 billion.  TRUE STORY: I have a mama racoon that brings her 5 babies over every night for dinner in my back yard about 8:45.  I put out 6 plates and fill them with a combination of dog food and scraps and a bowl of water.  They climb in the bowl to drink the water.  I guess they want to clean their feet at the same time.  When one of them wants to eat from the others’ bowl, they will back over the bowl until their butt is in the one eatings face and gradually push them off, so there is no conflict.  Maybe we should have tried that approach in Iraq and Afganistan.  I’m going to film them and start a new series on YouTube – Wild Kingdom, Modman Style.
