Typically a user has an option to either repair or affordably replace a non-working computer at an affordable price.

We learned a long time ago a consumer with a non-working computer cares about three things: 1) how much will this cost and 2) how long will I be down and 3) will I lose my data. We try to address all three issues with every customer.
NO SURPRISES
