As such, every person on a system check-in is given service options depending on the problem and their particular set of circumstances. No two people, computers or situations are the same and we do our best to tailor our services to your particular issues, time frame and budget.
WHAT SETS US APART
- DEPOSIT GOES TOWARD EITHER REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
The $59 diagnostic fee paid on check-in goes toward either the completed repair OR as a partial discount toward replacement. If the repair cost is going to be $100 or less, we perform it and call you when it is completed. If for any reason the repair will be over $100 OR you will lose your information, we will call to discuss cost and alternatives. Some people understandably don’t want to invest a couple of hundred dollars into older computer equipment. In that case we will either give a credit off a replacement system OR perform a free or discounted data save on a replacement computer we provide.
- QUICK TURN-AROUND TIME
We offer expedited services to get your computer started immediately. Our basic check-in service usually gets your computer to our bench within two-three business days.
- GUARANTEED WORK
We are the only shop that UNCONDITIONALLY GUARNTEES Software repairs. Any customer that selects our PREMIUM RELOAD or our VIRUS PROTECTION PLAN product gets an unconditional limited no questions asked repair for free. If for any reason, the computer requires a windows reload, we will reload it free of charge.
- EDUCATION AND PHONE FOLLOW-UP
We do more than fix your computer. We also educate you on how to keep your computer running properly, so you won’t have to visit us in the future and pay for the same repair. We can afford to do this because of our huge customer base. We will also make a phone follow-up call to make sure that your computer is running properly and answer any questions you may have. You also have the option to check out your computer prior to leaving the store.
