Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the type of shipping requested, insurance on the dollar amount of the item and location of shipment. You can also opt for “Will Pickup in store” and avoid shipping costs altogether.

We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Most orders are processed during the week within one business day. Any order placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday. Ground shipping typically takes up to one week for most orders.

Our site has passed all federally mandated PCI testing for data security.

Every order placed receives an email invoice confirmation. If you do not receive one, first check your email spam filter prior to contacting us.

If you wish to cancel an order CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. Call (302) 475-7018 and provide the order number for cancellation. If the order ships, you are responsible for any restocking
charges plus all shipping costs incurred.

You refusing a package is the same as returning a product. You will be charged all shipping costs plus a restocking charge of 15% of the item cost once returned.

Yes. Just note “Will Pick-up in store” and you will be notified when the item is ready for pickup

Contact customer service for assistance. If it turns out the product is defective, we will issue an RMA for a return.

Please understand that most problems are software or user caused and not covered under manufacturer warranty. If you believe your problem is a warranty issue, contact the appropriate provider. If the product has a manufacturer warranty, contact the manufacturer directly. It may be helpful to have your purchase invoice available to verify warranty. If your warranty is through us, contact us directly. Please have the invoice number and date of purchase available and a brief description of the problem.
